​Mermaid Amethyst is a professional real live mermaid based in south Florida inspired to bring a magical mermaid encounter to any event.
Mermaid Amethyst has worked over 13 years caring for children and adults alike. Always understanding her passion to care for humanity and the world around her, she began to pursue her career as a real live mermaid. Her extensive experience has led her to become an example and brand ambassador for eco-friendly and preservation organizations including companies such as Final Straw, Sand Cloud, Cape Cali, Swim Tails and Mermazing Cove.Â
Mermaid Amethyst has dedicated much of her career to help maintain the ocean and advocate for marine life and ocean conservation. As a member of the Ocean Conservancy, active volunteer of 4Ocean and presenting mermaid for Free Our Seas she is able to use her ocean conservation education to teach and lead others in the pursuit towards a cleaner world. Â
Mermaid Amethyst, has toured and visited schools providing students of all ages with a fantastical experience full of magic, stories, sea life knowledge, activities and an unforgettable experience to be treasured for years to come.
As an entertainer Mermaid Amethyst has had the privilege of catering events of all types from festivals, pirate shows, galas, school events, parties and more including events such as: The River Cities Festivals, Boynton Beach Pirate Fest and Mermaid Splash, The Sirens Masquerade Ball and the Neptune Ball in the Florida Keys, Gulliver’s Raider Fest and The Key West Mermaid Festival just to name a few.
